Lumsden Psychology is seeking applications from mental health professionals to join the team at our unique and friendly clinics in Toowoomba and/or Roma. If you are looking to join a professional and compassionate multidisciplinary mental health team, Lumsden Psychology awaits you.

We have two a position available (full-time and part-time 3 day minimum with remuneration based on experience). Flexible working arrangements with some travel. The ideal candidate will possess the following Personal and Professional skills:
- Willingness to work in private practice within a client centred framework;
- Have experience with running group programs as well as individual psychotherapy across the lifespan;
- Have an enthusiasm for technology and Telehealth whilst maintaining a healthy respect and desire for face-to-face service delivery;
- Be flexible, innovative, practical, passionate, genuine and a team player;
- Bring compassion, open mindedness, and humility as core values;
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and share knowledge within a supportive environment’;
- A desire to be part of a small multidisciplined, caring, and diverse team.
Essentials:
- AHPRA / Professional Registration;
- National Police Check;
- Professional Indemnity Insurance;
- Driver’s License (preferred);
- Medicare Eligibility (preferred);
