Lumsden Psychology is seeking applications from mental health professionals to join the team at our unique and friendly clinics in Toowoomba and/or Roma.  If you are looking to join a professional and compassionate multidisciplinary mental health team, Lumsden Psychology awaits you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following Personal and Professional skills:

  • Willingness to work in private practice within a client centred framework;
  • Have experience with running group programs as well as individual psychotherapy across the lifespan;
  • Have an enthusiasm for technology and Telehealth whilst maintaining a healthy respect and desire for face-to-face service delivery;
  • Be flexible, innovative, practical, passionate, genuine and a team player;
  • Bring compassion, open mindedness, and humility as core values;
  • Willingness to learn, reflect, and share knowledge within a supportive environment’;
  • A desire to be part of a small multidisciplined, caring, and diverse team.

Essentials:

  • AHPRA / Professional Registration;
  • National Police Check;
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance;
  • Driver’s License (preferred);
  • Medicare Eligibility (preferred);
