Lumsden Psychology boasts a small herd of British White Cattle, a mature Border Collie and a couple of very friendly goats. Where appropriate, animal assisted therapy is utilised to assist clients to help them flourish. The benefits of animal assisted therapy include (but are not limited to): Improved mental health; Improved general health; and Reduced stress levels;
